(1) 성과전시관 운영안내(11:00~16:30)

- 전시부스에 팀별 최소 1명은 부스에 상주해주시길 요청드립니다.

- 행사당일 등록데스크(실내체육관 내)에서 각 팀당 푸드트럭 이용권 2매, 단체티셔츠 배부예정, 팀 대표 1인이 수령가능

- 전시품 반입: 11/13(월) 15시 이후부터 반입가능

(2) 현장심사 일정안내(11:00~12:30)

- 산업체 현장평가위원단 현장심사, 10분 내 진행(질의응답 포함), 부스별 1명이상 상주필수

*성과발표 심사기준: 1차 서면심사(각 연구분야별 교수진) +2차 서면 및 현장심사(산업체 등 평가위원)

(3) 미니체육대회 단체전 참가자 모집(접수마감: ~11/10)

- 행사당일 부대행사로 '미니체육대회’를 개최합니다. 😊

(4) 실전문제연구팀 참여학생 대상 경품추첨(럭키드로우)

- 폐막식 종료 후 실전문제연구팀 대상 경품추첨 진행예정(등록데스크에서 명찰수령 필수)

(5) U-챌린저상 투표(온라인 투표)

- 실전문제연구팀 77개팀 중 최고의 팀 투표(추첨을 통해 상품증정)

(6) 체험/현장이벤트

[시상내역]

- Date: Nov. 14^th(TUE) 11:00~18:00  

- Place: UNIST Gymnasium &  Lawn yard

(1) Operation Exhibition Hall(11:00~16:30)

- It's a busy schedule, but we ask for that at least one person per team to reside in the booth at the exhibition booth.

- On the day of the event, the registration desk (in the indoor gymnasium) will distribute food truck vouchers(2) and group t-shirts to each team member (one team representative can receive them)

- Installation of exhibits: the team could display it in after 15:00 on 11/13(mon)

(2) Evaluation-Final presentation (11:00~12:30)

- On-site review by the industry evaluation committee, conducted within 10 minutes (including Q&A), and at least one person per booth is required to reside

*Criteria for performance presentation review: 1st written review (professors in each research field) + 2nd written review and on-site review (evaluation committee members of industry, etc.)

(3) Recruitment of participants in the team event of the mini-sports competition (deadline: ~11/10)

- A 'mini-sports competition' will be held as a side event on the day of the event! 😊

- Stamp tour Event: You can apply for wish draw(gift by grade) or random draw(food truck voucher) after stamp completion, such as viewing the performance exhibition hall

- Opening Ceremony Pre-Celebration Performance (at Indoor Gymnasium Stage)

- U-Challenge Street Singing Survival (On-site Participation)

- Mini-sports competition (pre-recruitment of team participants, on-site acceptance of individual participants)

- Club participation booth
